Who we are
Landmark restaurant in the old town of Donostia-San Sebastian, founded in 1956 and run by chef Pablo Loureiro Rodil.
We believe that our cooking style means that supporting the primary sector and local and seasonal produce are lynchpins of our philosophy.
Our dishes are prepared using the best seasonal vegetables, the freshest fish and seafood and the most select meat, which are the cornerstones of our cuisine.

We have two menus at €70 and €90
